1. Represented two golf courses in Ventura County – both golf courses’ assessments were reduced by over 30%;

2. Obtained reversal of a hotel reassessment from San Diego County resulting in a tax savings of over 60%;

3. Settled a pending taxpayer lawsuit against Los Angeles County for a property tax refund of $500,000;

4. Obtained reversal of a residential reassessment from Ventura County;

5. Represented golf course in Santa Clara County – property taxes were reduced by over 30%;

6. Settled pending assessment appeal of Malibu homeowner – convinced Assessor that home was worth 45% less than Assessor’s original value;

7. Represented Los Angeles County taxpayers in eight (8) change in ownership cases – in all cases the reassessments were reversed and lower base-year values were restored;

8. Settled assessment appeal for food processing plant in Alameda County – Assessor reversed the reassessment and restored lower assessments;

9. Represented commercial parking lot owner in Los Angeles County, assessments reduced by over 50%;

10. Obtained significant tax reductions for economic obsolescence for twenty-two (22) childcare facilities;

11. Obtained tax reductions averaging 30% for four commercial/retail facilities;

12. Successfully negotiated power plant assessments for four California power plants.
