Tim has been a civil litigator for over 25 years having begun his legal career with the Los Angeles firm of Hill, Genson, Even, Crandall & Wade in 1984. Tim joined the firm of Rodi, Pollock, Pettker, Galbraith & Phillips in September of 1986 and became a principal there in 1991. In 2006 Tim relocated to Woodland Hills, CA as Special Counsel to the firm of Stone, Rosenblatt, & Cha and later formed his own practice, also in Woodland Hills, before joining the Law Offices of Wade E. Norwood as Of Counsel in September of 2009.
Education
Tim attended college at Dickinson College in Carlisle PA and graduated cum laude in 1973. Tim has also obtained a Master’s Degree in international affairs from the Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in 1975. In 1983 Tim received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.

Tim has been admitted to practice before all of the state and federal courts in California and was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 1994. Tim is a member of the Los Angeles County and Pasadena Bar Associations.
Legal Practice
Tim’s practice has focused primarily on business disputes and has involved representing corporations, partnerships as well as individuals in all phases of the litigation process from inception through trial and appeal. During his career, Tim has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various types of cases including; contract, business torts, securities, construction, real estate, and products liability. Tim has also represented fiduciaries as well as beneficiaries in a wide range of estate related matters.
